For all other sample stationery items other than invitations, please contact us to arrange payment.

Once the form is submitted you will be asked to complete your payment via Paypal where you can pay by Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Amex, Visa, Mastro or Paypal - orders will only be processed on receipt of payment.

If you would prefer to order your samples by post, please send us a quick covering letter, detailing which designs you are interested in (including any colour variations) along with a cheque/postal order payment and we will dispatch your samples. Please remember to let us know when your Wedding date is.

We aim to dispatch your samples within 2 weeks, however during the busy months of May, June, July and August, please allow 21 days for delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All designs are copyright of Wanderlust Cards

There is no minimum order and we advise that you should place your order at least 6 months before your Wedding date; up to 12 months if your wedding date is in May, June, July or August.  We may be able to fulfill orders with shorter lead times and will do our utmost to honour all reasonable requests.

A non-returnable deposit of 50% of your total order is required at the time of ordering. The balance is due 6 weeks later. The total order amount must be paid in full before work begins on your stationery.

Owing to high demand, we work to extremely tight schedules and advise that you should indicate on your order form the latest date you require your invitations by.  We will of course endeavour to accommodate your chosen date.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order to check our available dates.

Proofs will be sent for each stationery item ordered.  These must be signed and returned to us prior to the commencement of your order.
Any alterations to text following your signing off of proofs will incur additional charges to correct.

Nationwide orders will be delivered by Royal Mail “Special Delivery – Next Day Guaranteed” – and require a signature on receipt.  Delivery charges are calculated by weight and we will advise you of these charges on confirmation of your order.

As a guide the scale of charges is as follows:

• Up to 1kg - £6.40
• 1kg to 2kg - £8.25
• 2kg to 10kg - £20.70

Please be aware that Delivery Charges are per parcel and not necessarily per order.
Your order will normally be sent in two stages:

1. Invitations and RSVPs
2. Remainder of order including Order of Service, Menus, Favours etc.

Table Plans incur a separate delivery charge of £20.00

As your Wedding Stationery is personalised and unique to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof will have to be paid for in full.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 6 months before your Wedding date – 50% deposit retained
• Cancellation 3 – 6 months before your Wedding date – 50% deposit retained plus an additional 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellation less than 3 months before your Wedding date – 50% deposit retained plus 50% cancellation fee – i.e. full payment of total order amount required.

Our Wedding Stationery is completely handcrafted and slight variations will occur. This is merely a feature of a genuine handcrafted product.

We will do our utmost to ensure that your Stationery order arrives to you in perfect condition, however Wanderlust Cards will not be held responsible for any damages once it leaves our Studio or during the subsequent posting of individual items (i.e. when you post your invitations to your guests).

Wanderlust Cards reserves the right to replace raw materials if they become unavailable.
